CASA identifies, invests in and develops luxury residences in neighborhoods we know well. We commit our own capital and reputation to the projects we lead, bringing investment discipline, thoughtful design and hands-on development together.

At CASA, Investment means acting as principal. We identify properties with potential, many of them off-market, and evaluate each opportunity through a combination of market knowledge, financial analysis and design expertise.

Contemporary, timeless spaces that live well in Miami’s climate.

Indoor–outdoor flow, durable natural materials, performance finishes, layered lighting at a human scale. We lead each project from the first sketch through turnkey delivery, and stay on the drawing until it survives value-engineering and the job site.

The studio works throughout South Florida, from Pinecrest to Palm Beach, with active projects in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour and Boca Raton.
